2. No agency relationship

Using this website, downloading a guide, or submitting a form does not create a client/agency relationship between you and VentureIQ Real Estate or any individual REALTOR®. A formal Buyer Representation Agreement or Listing Agreement must be signed before any agency obligations apply, in accordance with RECO and TRESA regulations.

3. Market data & pricing accuracy

Average prices, neighbourhood stats, mortgage rates, and listing references are sourced from third parties (Bank of Canada, Realtor.ca, Zolo.ca, public TRREB/CREA data, etc.). We make reasonable efforts to keep them current but make no warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Live listings link to third-party sites — we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability.

4. Calculators

Mortgage, land-transfer, and affordability calculators produce estimates only based on the inputs you provide. Actual numbers from your lender, lawyer, or the Ministry of Finance may differ. Do not rely on calculator output as a binding quote.

5. External links

The Site links to third-party websites (Realtor.ca, Zolo.ca, Bank of Canada, government portals, etc.). We do not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content of those sites.

All text, graphics, logos, the "Real estate for the impatient" slogan, and PDF guides are © VentureIQ Real Estate unless otherwise noted. You may share excerpts with attribution; republishing in full requires written permission. 7. Submissions

By submitting a form, you confirm the information you provide is truthful and that you are authorized to share it. Spam, automated submissions, or attempts to misuse the Site are prohibited and may result in your IP being blocked.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, VentureIQ Real Estate, its brokerage, and any contributors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
